If you correctly appealed the Telework decision for July 2022-December 2022 time frame, please submit the Mileage Reimbursement Form and send it to your supervisor And manager.

The mileage reimbursement rate for all travel expenses incurred on or after July 1, 2022 has risen to 62.5 cents per mile.

While there is not a "due date", we encourage our members to submit this document as soon as they can.
